1. Refunds, Returns, Supply Policy, Discounts:
Marketplace Supplies Pty Ltd (Marketplace) offer the following terms and conditions to our customers with regard to online and account based purchases:
i). Defective or damaged: when goods arrive in a damaged condition or are deemed by Marketplace to be defective. All items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for replacement or credit. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to check dates. If you have an item that you feel needs to be returned, in the first instance please contact us at admin@marketplacesupplies.com.au or 1300 910 527 with information regarding your claim. If the same goods or an acceptable alternative are not available, you will be offered a full refund. No further re-course for any costs against Marketplace.
ii). Wrong item: If you have an item that you would like to be returned, in the first instance please contact us at admin@marketplacesupplies.com.au or 1300 910 527. Return, re-delivery and re-stocking charges may apply. No returns on Medical Essential items.
iii) Inability to supply: If for any reason that a product is not able to be supplied, Marketplace will offer a full refund of the product. No further re-course for any costs, claims or damages against Marketplace.
iv) Discounts: Marketplace at its discretion may choose to offer a further discount to Australian residents utlising a discount code at check-out. This discount may apply to one, several or all products. It is not transferable, shipping charges are applied at standard rates and not subject to further discount. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at anytime by the code being withdrawn from usage. The final usage of this code is at Marketplace's sole discretion and may be withheld or withdrawn from a particular group, club, organisation, or individual.
v) Shipping: Due to the use of Third Party shipping providers, Marketplace are unable to offer guaranteed delivery times on our products. When possible, we will supply tracking numbers from our shipping providers to our clients. Our shipping and delivery times are estimates only based on the information provided by our providers.
vi) Pricing: Marketplace offers dynamic pricing. Product prices will vary and no rain-check will be given.

Marketplace uses Shopify and their affiliates for its online credit card transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
* Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. * Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Marketplace or any outside party; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Marketplace.
